To create the Leaders of the country, wife of Dr. Lakshmaiah, Smt. P. Padmaja Rani started this noble institute under the umbrella of Para Association for Rural Development.
Over the years of teaching, Dr. Lakshmaiah mastered different subjects and wrote 14 books on civils both in English and Telugu in association with Dr. Ashok, IAS which are published by Telugu Telugu Academy.
